Sub GHz IC family that will cover from 470-608 MHz, 600-700 MHz, 940-960 MHz

Hi Team,

We would like to ask your help regarding our customer's inquiry below.

I am looking for a sub GHz IC family that will cover from 470-608 MHz, 600-700 MHz, 940-960 MHz. If there are extra blocks then that would be fine. A bonus would be if the same chip also had Bluetooth, and Zigbee built in.

I have checked our sub 1-GHz devices but the frequencies are off by a few MHz. Is it possible to adjust the frequencies of our sub 1-GHz devices to meet our customer's requirements?

The datasheet for the devices cover which frequency they cover. It's not possible to extend the frequency range stated in the datasheet, if customers go outside this range by ~1 MHz they will in best case get yield loss.
