LAUNCHXL-CC1310: Hardware / RF Configuration - SysConfig

The CC1310 SDK doesn't have support for syscfg built-in. syscfg uses .json files typically placed in a .meta folder (see the CC13x2 SDK) and it should be possible to write the required files for CC1310 based on what is done for CC13x2 (see https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/sub-1-ghz-group/sub-1-ghz/f/sub-1-ghz-forum/932012/ccs-cc1310-issues-with-installing-and-using-sysconfig-in-ccs10-sdk-13x0-4-20-and-stand-alone-sysconfig-and-now-missing-rtc-configuration-in-sysconfig as one post I found on a similar topic) but that would require a fair amount of works. How the syscfg files are build up is not documented.

For the CC1310 example, look into the CC1310_LAUNCHXL.c/ h files for driver setup. The latter map the pins used.
