CC1200: 140MHz - 150MHz Operation

Hello!

The datasheet recommends we contact TI regarding 140MHz-150MHz support for the CC1200.

(1) Can TI provide the optimal source impedance for the LNA and PA at this frequency range or S-parameters for this range?
(2) Does TI have any limitations at this range we should be wary of?

    All frequency ranges have been tested for functionality but TI hasn't made reference designs covering all these. The frequencies marked "Contact TI" are where a reference design doesn't exist and the RF performance has not been measured.

    For this range, start with the 169 MHz reference design. You can test scaling all components with a 145/169 factor. Note that a different filtering of harmonics may be required fora new range dependent on the regulations that has to be followed.

    Understood. I've already created a design using the reference design. I was hoping we could be provided the optimal source impedance for matching instead of setting up a measurement ourselves.
