LAUNCHXL-CC1310: Need one second delay calculation details for CC1310 using timer for one shot and periodic , where timer used internal RC oscillator 32 khz

Hi,

I have to know in details about the calculation of how 1 sec delay is generate using timer.

where in contiki os, oscillator used is 32khz -> LF RC oscillator.

So can anyone pls let me know in details which helps me  a lot.

Also let me know how i can make timer library at hal layer from which timer.c file call for CC1310. Also same library is also for other controller with minimal changes.
