Hi,

I am using CC1310 TI15.4 Sensor-Collector with SDK 4_10_01_01, as non-beacon sleepy low power sensors.

After system reset/Power up, I need to put the sensor to extreme low power mode for 20 seconds (no RF Tx or Rx activated and disabling all other interfaces).

How can I put the sensor to sleep (extremely low power mode) before running the RTOS tasks?

You can try to define CONFIG_AUTO_START as 0 and sensor would not try to join network after system starts.

Hi,

Your offer is understandable and clear.
However, I need to be in low power mode before activating any existing tasks (while in the main function call).

If you don't enable auto-start after system starts, sensor should enter sleeping mode and consume less than 10uA.

But I have other tasks that uses UART and SCI UART Emulator, and while they are set to wait for Rx data the consumed power is ~1500uA .

If you use Sensor Controller UART Emulator, 1500uA is too high. I suspect there is current leakage on your IO pins and would suggest you to check it first.
