LAUNCHXL-CC1352P: 1352 LaunchXL.c file missing

I'm starting a new 1352 project with a Launchpad. The 1310 projects provide a Launchxl.c file, but the 1352 projects don't have that.

Where is the launchxl.c information for 1352 projects? 

I am getting an unresolved symbol error for Display_config in the 1352 project. In the 1310 project, that symbol was resolved in the 1310 project by the Launchxl.c file.
