CC1310: Board for starting programming CC1310 ?

I want to start develop with CC1310. 

I need to buy 2 boards (1 for rx and 1 for tx) that I can burn code and start coding and communicate with 433MHZ.

Where can I buy 2 boards? I see that board

Is that board good for development?
