I looking for chip that includes 433MHZ (tx and rx) and controller (so I can burn a code) with very low energey consumption.
The chip will send data with 433MHZ around 60 bytes of buffer each 30 seconds for 600-700 meters and get around 30 bytes each 30 seconds.
Part of the data that I want to send is GPS location, I don't know if there is 1 chip that contains GPS and RF , if yesI want that the chip will have internal AES module and RTC so it can wake up each X seconds.
I saw CC1310 (evaluation board cost 29$) and CC1200 (evaluation board cost 99$) and lot of more chips.
I will thank you about recommendation for low energey chip with 433MHZ. ( if the evaluation board is cheap it's great:) )
By the way, Part of the data that I want to send is GPS location, I don't know if there is 1 chip that contains GPS , RF and CPU ,if yes that will be greate !, if no I put but GPS chip on the board and take the data from GPS to chip using UART (for example)
