I know, the Power-driver has functions to calibrate the RCOSC_LF. But in our design we use the XOSC_LF to drive the RTC. Is their any option to calibrate XOSC_LF, or has it to be done entire in application?

This is not supported in the SDK at the moment, but it should arrive relatively soon. Our team is working on it at the moment.
