CC1352R: Change default UART Baud Rate in coprocessor example

Hi there,

I'm using the TI 15.4 coprocessor example with sdk_5_20_00_52. 

I'd like to change the UART Baud Rate to a different value, such as 57600, but sysconfig doesn't let me do so using the CONFIG_DISPLAY_UART interface. 

Why isn't this baud supported by this device? How could I change this Baud Rate?
