LAUNCHXL-CC1352P: Documented .brd File not working in Eagle

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-CC1352P

Hi!

I was trying to work on a schematic based on  the CC1352P1 Launchpad, but when I download the design files from https://www.ti.com/tool/LAUNCHXL-CC1352P, the CC1352P1 Launchpad .brd file does not seem to be openable in Eagle or Altium. Does anyone have a file that will work in eagle, or do I have to make it myself?
