CC1200: Sensitivity issue

We are not Getting actual sensitivity. After -96 to -100.we are doing 500 Packet Testing but we are receiving only less than 100 ACK Packets

This question is not possible to comment on since you are not giving any information on the settings you are using. In addition, which sensitivity do you expect?

As mentioned by TheGhostOf, could you please share more information of the PHY settings (symbol rate, Rx bandwidth, modulation type, frequency etc.) as well as the size of the payload?
