Looking for information regarding the preferred port matching impedances for the 13dBm and 20dBm RF ports of the CC1354P10.  Also, if there is an application note (or reference to a section in a user guide) on RF matching to the part and using the 13dBm ports single ended versus differentially, I would appreciate that as well.

    The information we have released is in Section 2 (Front-End Configurations) and Section 9 (Optimum Load Impedance) of SWRA640 (CC13xx/CC26xx Hardware Configuration and PCB Design Considerations): https://www.ti.com/lit/swra640

    The LaunchPad designs for the CC1354P10 are planned to be released later this year, and we strongly recommend following our reference designs (especially for the RF path).

    If you need this sooner, please contact your local FAE (I am not sure which region you are located in so cannot do this myself) in order to get in touch with us directly and we can send more information.
