CC1310: Sensor controller - pull down an ADC input pin before sampling

Part Number: CC1310

A customer is using CC1310's sensor controller for ADC sampling, but they need to pull down the ADC input pin before every sampling first in order to discharge a capacitor. Please give your hand to guide how to implement this in sensor controller, thanks!

Best regards,

Shuyang

  • Hi Shuyang,

If you take a look at the ADC logger example in the sensor controller studio, in the Task resources tab.

You can move the pin from analog pin to Analog Open-Drain pin.

Next to the SENSOR_OUTPUT, click on Move, then Analog Open-Drain pins.

This should enable you to use two APIs in your execution code. gpioClearOutput() and gpioSetOutput() This allows you to change the pin state to low and then high again before you sample.

    Hope this helps.

  • Thanks Sid, this resolves the issue.
