CC1352P7: Adding BLE Observer affects RAT in prop mode

Part Number: CC1352P7

I am using Prop mode, BLE advertisements (and several profiles), and DMM to keep them together.

And it works perfectly. My Prop mode implementation based on RAT timer, and the syncronisation precision is excellent, usually less than 1 us / second with accounting to drift. I can do Prop search, enable and disable BLE advertisement, transfer data with OAD -- everything I do does not affect RAT, it is always extremely precise.

But I recently added BLE Observer role into the code, and RAT timer goes wild.

Scanning for BLE tags around just for 1 second causes RAT timer to be off for -200 us. Running the scan every few seconds changes the average RAT drift for 20 ppm.

Hardware engineer said that difference cannot be explained by temperature. Can you please help finding the issue.
