CC1312R7: ACP deference between CC1312R and CC1312R7

We have done limited testing of operation at 1200 MHz, but the radio front-end is the same for the CC1312R and CC1312R7.

The customer can set the CC1312R7 to operate at 1200 MHz in SmartRF Studio 7 by changing the operating frequency:

However, the other PHY settings will likely need to be adjusted for optimal performance at this frequency band. For this the customer can refer to SWRA640 (CC13xx/CC26xx Hardware Configuration and PCB Design Considerations): https://www.ti.com/lit/swra640

We do not have a reference design optimised for the 1200 MHz band, so some tuning of the matching circuit will also likely be necessary, depending on the performance requirements.
