Currently using a CC1125 with external microcontroller.

Hi,

It depends on what your application is - please could you give more details of your requirements?

You could start by looking at:

CC1312R: https://www.ti.com/product/CC1312R
CC1311R3: https://www.ti.com/product/CC1311R3
CC1310: https://www.ti.com/product/CC1310

The CC1311R3 would be the recommended lowest cost option, but does not include some of the features of the CC1312R. There are also variants with more flash memory that I have not included here.

There are also "P" variants of the CC13xx devices which include an integrated +20 dBm power amplifier, depending on your needs.

Have you contacted your local FAE? I would recommend doing so as they can also provide valuable input.
