CC1312R: cannot enter Standby mode for GPIO standby example

Part Number: CC1312R

Hi Team,

1) GPIO standby example is being downloaded and tested, the customer is using a development board to test standby and can initially enter standby mode but then cannot go into standby mode when testing again. No changes were made to the routines and development boards. Passive crystals are currently used. A capacitive discharge point is used to test how the supply voltage is supplied.

The customer has tried reinstalled the SDK but the issue persisted.

The DCDC-SW pin output waveform in standby mode is as follows:

Currently standby mode is not possible at this time and the pin waveform is as follows:

2) How to configure the internal 32.768 crystal to be enabled?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Best Regards,

Cherry

  • Hi Cherry,

By development board do you mean they are using their own custom board or are they using a LaunchPad?

Is the second image showing the signal at the pin that is toggled every time the device wakes up from standby? If not, could you explain in more detail what the second image is showing?

Could you also ask them if they can capture with the oscilloscope the VDDR voltage after the inductor?
