Hi,

Please suggest a Power Amplifier for UHF (433Mhz) with >36dBm (4W) of Saturated Output Power and compatible with CC1352R.

    Hi,

    The CC1352R is not designed for such a high output power - what is the region/regulation you are targeting at 433 MHz with your application?

    The SKY65366-21 provides +30.2 dBm output at the frequency band of interest.

    Can you please elaborate when you say 'CC1352R is not designed for such a high output power'. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Hi,

    You may have issues with spurious emissions at such a high output power (particularly the harmonic power levels) - you would need additional filtering to attentuate these, which TI has not tested.

    If you built a test circuit, you could measure how high the harmonic power levels were and see how much additional harmonic attentuation you would need.
