Hello,

I want to add a buzzer with CC1352P project.

Q1. Do you have any reference schematic including a buzzer?

Q2. Is there any dedicated pin supporting pwm function for operating a buzzer?

Q3. Is it possible to operate a buzzer directly without driving transistor?

Q3: The BOOSTXL-EDUMKII uses a transistor to drive the buzzer, surely because the buzzer requires 38 mA to be driven at his nominal level. You could find a buzzer that requires a maximum of 4mA, or 8mA if using a high drive strength pin.
