CC1352P: First time serial programming is not working

Part Number: CC1352P
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Hello,

I want to program a custom CC1352P board using the serial bootloader. I tried all tips described in manuals and app notes, but it is impossuble. It's supposed that a new device is ready for flashing using the bootloader. I tried a usb to serial adaptor with PUTYY, Hercules and others. I tried SmartRF Programmer 2 and Uniflash. I tried also to reset DIO_15 during start up. No way to program the device. I tried 2 different modules with exactly the same result. The device isn't recognize by any programmer I'm using. From Uniflash I get the following long error message: [ERROR] Cortex_M3_0: Error initializing flash programming: Failed to load D:\TI\uniflash_8.3.0\....\DebugServer\bin\FlashMSPSLBottloader.dll: The specified module could not be found.  Checking with windows explorer, the above file is in place.  I also tried to program the device on a CC1352P LAUNCHXL, disconnecting the jtag and keeping connected only the serial connection with no success. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks and Regards

Pantelis
