May I have question about Tool for CC1312R?

My customer want to do writing only partial/block memory by using memory address.

(e.g. re-write Flash memory in 0x2000-0x2200 address, another section not erase/re-write)

Is there anything tool for this?

I think there is way to using memory browser in CCS debug session that launch form targetconfig.

Is this way could re-write memory?

Hi GR,

For that purpose, you can use UNIFLASH: https://www.ti.com/tool/UNIFLASH.

On the picture, you can see an example on how to load a binary file at location 0x2000.

So you could, for instance, put your data into a binary file, and flash it.
