Hi Balaji,
Yes, you can program the CC1354P10 with the XDS-110 available on the CC2652R1 board.
You need to disconnect all the jumpers connecting the XDS with the CC2652R1 device and then use a 10 pin Jtag cable to connect to the Cc1354P10 as shown in the image.

In UniFlash, you can simply select the CC1354P10 and XDS-110 programmer for starting the session.

This allows you to program the CC1354P10 device with firmware.

Hi Sid
Thank you for the information
With help of your solution this solved my problem partially
I have 3 CC1354P10 boards connected to the same PC.
Its connected in this combination
2 boards of CC1354P10+XDS110ET(debugger) board and 1 board with CC1354P10+CC2652R1(solution provided earlier by you)
when i try to program board with CC1354P10+CC2652R1(solution provided earlier by you) its not getting programmed instead 1 of the board with CC1354P10+XDS110ET is getting programmed
Can you help me to program the boards individually through Uniflash

Hi Balaji,
To choose a specific XDS, you should enter the serial number of the XDS.
Once you choose your device and the debug probe, instead of clicking start, click on the edit button next to the start button.
You can then enter the serial number of the XDS. you can find the XDS number through Smart RF studio or xdsfdu utility.

Once you enter the serial number of the XDS connected to your required CC1354P10 device(in your case, XDS on the CC2652 board), that particular device will be programmed.

Sid
