Hello,

After migration of my project from old development tools to new tools: SDK 7.40.00.77, Clang 3.2.2.LTS, SysCfg 1.18.1,

I got the following warning:

#10247-D creating output section ".ramVecs" without a SECTIONS specification project_out C/C++ Problem

The section ".ramVecs" was not present when old development tools were used. How could it be fixed?

Hi Alex,

Is the warning coming from the linker or the compiler?

If it's the linker, I would advise you to look at the linker command file (cmd) in a project from 7.40 SDK.

If it's the compiler it might be related to ccfg.

Hi Marie,

Thanks, now it works properly: as a part migration the section .vecs should be renamed to .ramVecs in the linker command file (.cmd).
