Hi Zack,

Customer feedback questions are as follows:

1. Problems in the use of end customers: sometimes the external main CPU is still working, but the internal transceiver stops working. When the PCB was connected to the XDS110, it showed chip version 2.X, whereas the previous batch PCB said chip Revision E (2.1) version.

2. The online product chip version is also 2.X

Is there any version of this piece? Different version. Same part number, right?

Chip revision E (2.1) is what has been released - to my knowledge there is no other version available.

Can the customer provide photos of the device itself?

Chip Revision F (which should be 3.0) is functionally equivalent and shares the same data sheet specifications.

Chip Revision F was introduced to support the release into additional wafer fab sites, so from a customer perspective there is no difference.
