CC1312R7: Network delay in Embedded router on CC1312R7 in shutdown mode

1. You could technically use it on a battery powered device, but the device will not go to Standby-mode. I would not recommend it.

I cannot use WSMS stack. I need to use Wi-SUN FAN specification. 

I see the network joining time so high. We cannot switch to shutdown mode.

Queries 

1. Do you recommend running in active mode or standby mode?

2. If the embedded router node can be joined to the network with RF core (Rx only) on and MCU in standby mode?

3. Technically we can use it in battery powered device but I need to use it in a coin cell like application where you cannot charge the batteries or replace batteries too often.

Hi Suresh,

Wi-SUN is not very well adapted for battery powered application, as the devices have to maintain network topology.
