I tried the IQ raw blind read as instructed in TI's doc:

On my CC1310 LaunchPad. After several successful runs the device suddenly locked the debugging and I was not able to reflash it anymore / read from the flash using Flash Programmer 2 / CodeComposer.
I tried to force wipe the entire flash using Flash Programmer 2 as people on the forums said to do, but it didn't help.
It happened after several flashing+debugging sessions, I swapped the LaunchPad board with a new one and again after several debugging sessions it happened again.
Why does the device keep getting locked? What can cause this? I don't have flash lock/debug lock in my CCFG (I use the default in CodeComposer, the same project without the IQ patch worked for months and only after adding the IQ patch it happened)
