CC1200: RF stops working randomly during thermal cycling

Part Number: CC1200

Tool/software:

We are using CC1200 module, configured at 916MHz. As part of our testing, the PCBs with proper enclosure go through a thermal cycling test to verify any board level issue:

1. -35 to +55 degree Celsius with (3-degree ramp) cycle. This goes on for 3 days

2. -35 for 2 days

3. +55 for 2 days

After each test, we check if the RF is communicating.

In one such scenarios we have observed that the RF stops working. there is no packet visible from that device.

SPI communication with microcontroller works fine in this scenario, the FIFO says empty after transmission, but the same packet is not observed on the channel.

Similarly, there is no interrupt observed for reception as well.

All components work fine when checked.

Please help us debug this issue. And what could be the reason for the faults?
