CC1352P7: how to make a leaf node & communicate to border router in WISUN network

These are some points which i wanted to ask you, 

1. I am using CC1352P7 chipset i m programing it using code composer + UniFlash , how i can make a leaf node in a WISUN network , that it can  only communicate using border router only , in code composer where i can set PAN ID & IPV6 of border router into leaf node?


2. CC1352P7 TI WISUN stack is capable of creating IPV6 address ? if No how leaf node will communicate to node / border router ?

3. In this image(node WISUN program on code composer) why line number *67* is commented default ? what will happened if i will uncomment this line , what is the use of it ?
