Spurious emissions at a pitch of 48 MHz from the carrier wave, which is insufficient margin for the STD-T108 standard. Please check the situation.
Hi,
On previous versions of the LAUNCHXL-CC1312R, external capacitors were not used since they are not required for the FCC and ETSI markets. However, for the STD-T108 standard, they are required. Can you please check this on your evaluation board that these load capacitors are assembled or not ?
If they are not assembled, then please assemble them to reduce the n x 48 MHz spurs. Please let me know on this thread if this resolves the issue that the n x 48 MHz are exceeding the limits.
Thanks
Hi, RGW
Thanks for the answer.
There was insufficient information.
Currently we are using TCXOs. We have tried capacitors of different capacitance as load capacitors for the TCXO and have found that a 3 pF capacitor gives the best spurious suppression.
The result is the above-mentioned sleek image, which does not ensure margins.
