Abnormally long flash memory erase time

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-CC1312R1

Tool/software:

In our project we use CC1312R1F3RGZR. In total we have collected about 500 pieces of devices. We encountered a problem that the flash erase time on some cases is abnormally large and not deterministic (it looks like random). Such cases are few (up to 10 pcs from a batch), but they exist. We are very concerned about this.
We made a test comparison of a “normal” sample and a “not normal” sample. As part of the test, we erased the memory area on the flash (0x02000:0x4e000) in a loop. In the “normal” samples, the erase time took up to 10 milliseconds and was always the same from sample to sample. However, on the “not normal” sample, this time could go up to 5000 milliseconds and it is random.
The result of the test shown below.

Left [ok]  |  Right [nok]

In this regard, we have these questions:
1) What is the flash memory page erase time (typical and maximum) for CC1312R1F3RGZR?
2) Is this behavior expected, or were these defective samples?
