I call the API AONBatMonTemperatureGetDegC () to get the current chip temperature.
I want to know, will this temperature acquisition add additional power consumption, for example, if I read once a minute versus once 5 minutes, will there be a difference?

As this is a Always-On (AON) peripheral, it will not make a difference on whether you read it or not:
However, I do recommend not waking-up the device more often than necessary.

Indeed, there is overhead when waking up the device.
If you want to get data from the BATMON peripheral in the most power efficient fashion, that is, without waking up the Cortex M3 MCU more than needed, I recommend you to generate events to wake-up the device with the following registers:
