We are currently working on packet sniffer with (LAUNCHXL-CC1352P1 as a sniffer). In this, we are currently using three launchpads:
LAUNCHXL-CC1352P1 (LP1) as a packet sniffer.
LP-EM-CC1314R10 (LP2) as a collector.
LP-EM-CC1314R10 (LP3) as a sesnor.
In all the Launchpads working with simple link long range 5KBPS 868MHZ PHY ID and in Non-Beacon mode.
For channel, all the launchpads are configured with channel 0.
While sniffing the packets, all the packets are received with a "BAD FCS" error.
For this error, I had also taken a look at user guides and forums. From this, I modified and checked the CRC in Wireshark.
I had also added the static address of a sensor device in the wireshark application, still on the same "BAD FCS" error. Please support us on this FCS error to resolve it and to receive all the packets without an error in packet sniffer.
