CC1311R3: HTOL Reliability Operating temperature

According to the datasheet of CC1311R3，the maximal operating ambient temperature is 105℃，and the maximal operating junction temperature is 115℃。

However, taking note of the reliability report on your official website, the HTOL temperature of CC1311R3 is 125℃ which is beyond the specification。Could you please help to explain,Thanks!

The HTOL operating temperature is indeed 105℃.

The reliability stress test of JEDEC JESD22-A108 is typically performed at 125℃. This is to deliberately stress test the chip despite the HTOL is 105℃.

I'm sorry I could not understand. According to JESD22-A108 the HTOL temperature is 125℃，but how about the CC1311R3? I want to sure the indeed temperature of the reliability stress test in its qualification.Thanks

The stress test is performed at 125℃ for all the CC13xx devices.

The maximum operation temperature is 105 degrees. 125 degrees is just for the stress test.
