LAUNCHXL-CC1310: Receiver not get any data from transmitter.

Tool/software:

I have two launchPad-cc1310 units, with one designated as the transmitter and the other as the receiver. I adjusted the settings in rfc_CMD_PROP_RADIO_DIV_SETUP_t, changing Deviation to 0x0028, prescale to 0x9, rateword to 0x003D7, and rxBw to 0x20. Although I have made these modifications to both controllers to improve long-range capabilities, I am not receiving any data from the transmitter.
