Based on the doc online - when using the internal DCDC, VDDR should be 1.68 V to 1.95 V when VDDS > 2.0V. If VDDS < 2.0 V; then it will switch automatically from DCDC Converter Mode to Global LDO Mode.
One question - when using the internal DCDC, if the inductor Lddc has an issue (so let's assume DCDC_SW is floating) VDDS should remain > 2V but VDDR should go down to 0. Do you confirm there is saety mecanism which switches dynamically in Global LDO mode to maintain 1.64V on VDDR ?
