CC2674P10: DC/DC to Global LDO dynamic switch

In that scenario, the power-on reset circuit would kick in when the voltage drop to 1.1 - 1.5V and reset the device.

Power-on-reset if VDDR drop to 1.1 - 1.5V, correct ?

Also, is there a way to read if we are in LDO or DCDC mode in SW ? Could be helpful as this can be switched dynamically by the FW

1. Technically, power-on-reset if VDDS drops to 1.1 - 1.5V. If VDDR drops to 0, then VDDS must already be at 0V.

2. Unfortunately, there's no way to change dynamically without changing the driver.

I am not sure to understand your feedback. 

Do you confirm that you remove the inductor, VDDR drops to 0 and VDDS drops to 0 as well, generating a power on reset, or if you remove the inductor the MCU switches automatically to LDO mode, therefore leaving VDDR at 1.64 and VVDS unchanged ? (I believe more in the second hypothesis) 

Also I have found  the 

PowerCtrlSourceGet() 

 API which seems to read the current state of the system (LDO or DC/DC powered).

The second scenario is correct. If you remove the inductor the MCU switches automatically to LDO mode, therefore leaving VDDR at 1.64 and VDDS unchanged.
