I am using CCS Version 4.2.3.00004 and am new to it.

I am trying to include the SimpliciTI files along with the CC1100-CC2500 library files, for using on launchpad kit along with a custom RF module, which is using CC1100.

I am getting a "int16_t" has already been declared in the current scope error, which i am not being able to resolve.

Hi,

I'm not familiar with CCS, but the error suggests that there are a multiple definitions

of int16_t. If you can perform a search through all the files in project (something like

Ctr+Shift+f in IAR), might be able to detect where those types are defined. Then simply

comment out one of these declarations.

One more thing, there is a forum for CCS, may be you will get a more detailed answer

to this question, especially on the search and commenting out one those declarations

parts.

Ya i do understand that there are a multiple definitions of int16_t.

I had actually posted this in CCS forum. Somebody moved it here.

I removed SimpliciTI and am trying with my own simple protocol for now.

Just for clearing things up, do you using IAR version of simplicity, or the CCS?
