Is it possible to use this balun from TDK instead of the recommended ones (LFB18868MBG9E212 and 0850BM14E0016)?

They are compatible in terms of case size and pins.

    Hi,

    This balun is not conjugate matched to the CC13xx family. This is just the balun component alone without any low-pass filtering.

    If you use this balun, then I would expect a lower output power since it is just 50 ohm on each port and you will need additional low-pass filtering.
