I have an application that I am working on for a client that requires wireless monitoring of 84 switch positions in an industrial application. These switches are currently monitored through wired connections to a PLC, but the wires are commonly broken in the system, so a wireless system has been requested for this application.
The CC1354P10 SimpleLink system will operate over the 902 to 928 MHz bandwidth, and the antenna for the 29 nodes can be placed on top of the metal cabinets so the signal is not blocked. The 29 nodes includes 28 nodes with each node required to transfer the status of the three switches for each node to a central receiver, which is the 29th node in the system.
Therefore, can I meet with an Applications Engineer to discuss whether the CC1354P10 SimpleLink system can be used for this industrial application, or if another TI system is needed for this application. Kindly have the Application Engineer contact me using the following information.
