Question is what is the internal resistance / Zmax for CC1312R1 (Launchpad) when VREF=ADCREF
Seems this information is not in the datasheet.

Only mentiones Zmax for Max output impedance Vref = VDDS, buffer ON, CLK 250 kHz

Hi,

Apologies for late reply here. The information in the datasheet is valid when Vref = VDDS and would not expect the resistance to change to much just as long as VDDS > 3.0V.

In order to corelate your simulation results. Recommend to measure on the LaunchPad as well: https://www.ti.com/tool/LAUNCHXL-CC1312R1
