Following the issue with the external pullup on the reset pin, we tested a few more devices, some with the 100Kohm resistor and others with the 390Kohm resistor.
It appears that the 390Kohm resistor is working much better.
Would you consider recommending in your datasheet to assemble an external pullup to this pin?
