Hi,

During standard css debugging sessions, on next session I received

in SmartRF

and in smartRF Flashprogrammer 2

looked in manual but did not found that case.

    Hi Marek,

    Did this fail happen after CCS requested to update the FW on the debug probe (XDS110)? If so, the debug probe itself may not have functioning SW.

    If not I would try a mass erase of the CC1311. Unfortunately, Flash Programmer doesn't support this device. Please use Uniflash instead.

    Hi Marie,

    It did not happen during fwu of debug probe.
    Can you advice how erase/unlock target with Uniflash please.

    Hi Marek,

    In UniFlash, after selecting the correct device you can go to the Settings & Utilities tab, then under Manual Erase select Erase entire flash (You must reconnect to the target afterwards) and press Erase Entire Flash:
