We are using CC1311R3 MCU and I can't find in data sheet what the maximum voltage that can be passed through the GPIO pins without damaged them.

Hi Alex,

From Section 7.1 of the datasheet, the absolute maximum rating on any digital pin is:

With the following footnotes:

(3) Including analog capable DIOs

(4) Injection current is not supported on any GPIO pin.

(5) VDDS2 and VDDS3 must be lower or equal to VDDS.
