Hi Team,
Using CC1314R10 microcontrollers that are programmed with a HEX file. I need the Unique Identifier (UID) for each chip to manually enter into our inventory system. Can TI provide a list of UIDs for these chips, preferably in a digital format (e.g., CSV) mapped to lot numbers or other identifiers?

Hi Mark,
there is no specific tool for it.
The die id is part of the FCFG structure and you can see the addresses and what they contain in the TRM:https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swcu194/swcu194.pdf 
You need to read out and concatenate the four marked lines which will give you the die ID.
One way to read out the memory is the debug -> memory overview in CCS where you can navigate to the FCFG addresses and read it out.
The procedure is up to what's most convenient for them.
