CC1310: Firmware upgrade methods?

My assigned focus customer asks:

We are using CC1310 to implement W-MBus T1 mode with the stackforce stack that you provided to us. Is there a way to perform a FW upgrade of the module? If not... is there a pin to pin compatible device that could allow it?

Any advice?

Is this over the air firmware upgrade they mean?

The Stack Force WMBUS stack doesn't support OAD. In most cases, the CC1310 will be connected to a host device, and I think this is supposed to be the vector for FW upgrade. (The data rate of WMBUS is very low.)

If you have the new FW image on a host device, I would recommend using the ROM bootloader to upgrade the CC1310.
