The frequency band is 2.4 GHz, The SDK we used is simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_8_30_01_01, CCS Version: 20.2.0.12__1.8.0, using CMD_PROP_TX_ADV Command, GFSK, Uncoded binary modulation.

Max length is 4095 (including CRC)

You simply select one of the prop 2.4 GHz PHY from SysConfig.

The only thing you need to change in the code is the order of the length byte transmitted:

SLR:

packet[0] = (uint8_t)(PAYLOAD_LENGTH);
packet[1] = (uint8_t)(PAYLOAD_LENGTH >> 8);

2.4 GHz Prop PHYs

packet[0] = (uint8_t)(PAYLOAD_LENGTH >> 8);
packet[1] = (uint8_t)(PAYLOAD_LENGTH);
