CC1354R10: High Current in DMM Easy Link BLE Tx Driver.

Tool/software:

we also used as like DMM Easly link code CC1352 code. It works fine, it sent 914 MHZ data and BLE Data every 1 sec.

we created DMM Easy link sample for CC1354R10. In this Tag sent 914 MHZ RF data and BLE Data. every 1 sec. Some time CC1354 Device take high current consumption for 1 sec.. please provide possible solution. please see the current screen.

    Hi,

    i have seen a similar situation if you have unhandled RF statuses in your code.

    When you say this continues for 1 s, is there something happening after 1s? E.g. next BLE or EasyLink command runs?

    Can you give some more detail about the BLE implementation? SInce there's three TX peaks I assume it's advertising when this happens. What's the advertising interval?

    Hi Marie H,

    Yesterday, we discovered absolutely the same situation in our project - CC1354R10 with BLE, DMM and EasyLink commands for UHF proprietary protocol. The pictures and the current consumption are the same.

    The device sends every 1s BLE Adv. messages. Please note, that in the beginning there is 10ms time interval with high current consumption. Also, we don't see the random time intervals before the Adv. messages.
