LAUNCHXL-CC1310: How to Determine Size of Flash RAM?

Hi,

Are you referring to the flash size of the CC1310 device itself or the size of the external flash memory on the LaunchPad itself?

• The device used on the LAUNCHXL-CC1310 is the CC1310F128RGZ. From Section 3 of the CC1310 Datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/swrs181 - this corresponds to 128KB of flash. 
• The external flash memory used on the LAUNCHXL-CC1310 is the MX25R8035FZUIL0 (this is found in the BOM of the design files: LAUNCHXL-CC1310 (SWRC319): https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrc319 ).

There is also a summary of the CC1310 device package sizes/memory given in Table 2-13 of SWRA814 (SimpleLink CC131x and CC135x Family Hardware Migration Guide) https://www.ti.com/lit/swra814

Additionally, the package symbolisation will state the flash size.
