Optimal way of switching fast between idle-rx or tx

Entering and exiting pm2-3 the calibrationtime needed about 1ms @26mhz ,the optimal way ofdoing thewhole thing...iswhat i wanna know,most of the RF registers should be before the while loop, but FSCAL registers shold be exiting pm2-3? Thanks
