SMARTRF-STUDIO-7: Can i use Smart RF studio with my target system?

I have used Smart RF studio several times with the TI CC1312 eval board as well as with the TI CC1314 eval board with sucess.

Can I use my target boards, using the XDS110 jtag adapter with a 5 pin connector, GND, +, Reset, TMS and TCLK?  These are based on the CC1314, and I would like to test the actual product.

Can I assume that SmartRF studio performs its tests and tasks provided I use only the 5 pin programming interface, or are there other info / signals required?
